Autonomous Robotics, Built by Students
We are Bender Autonomous Robotic Systems, a Boise State University student team. We design and build autonomous lunar robots, then compete with them in the NASA Lunabotics competition at Kennedy Space Center.
Students from every major build this robot
Bender ARS is a student-run robotics program at Boise State University. Each season we design and build an autonomous lunar robot and take it to the NASA Lunabotics competition.
The program spans mechanical engineering, software development, and project management. Students leave with hands-on experience that carries into industry careers.
